This project was built in 2 stages along with the growth of the family and lifestyle.
The first renovation provided an extra room just before the family grew from 3 to 4.
A first floor renovation was planned in the future and the necessary structure and plumbing was put into stage 1.
7 years later the first floor plan was implemented and included additional bedrooms and a bathroom.
Natural sunlight throughout the upper and ground floor was crucial to the internal design.
It is a low energy house with thermal insulation, double glazing and battery energy storage.
The active cooling system is compatible with the future DRED enabled power grid control.
Natural ventilation flows from the park opposite through to the rear of the house.
The stair void can be ventilated through the overhead skylight.
